I agreed with Jordan. Acting gives anyone the ability to characterize any person, anything, basically. I think the author was just mentioning how left out the autistic community felt. And the ones that disagreed with the non-inclusiveness. It reminded me of a movie I saw few years back when a non Latino actress personified a major Latino singer. It is the same feeling...like...what ? But I do have to say, the acting was phenomenal.
