You are definitely in point with all the characteristics attached to the good mother. I am also at the stage where I want to rescue some important pieces of the old me. I adore my only son and there is nothing in the world I would not do for him. I would rip my heart to save his life, blindly. And I still get emotional when I think in retrospect all the things we have gone thru together. The only thing I wish I could do is make more time to read and travel in those readings like I used to do when I was younger and lived in Mexico. The today is my own fantasy. My son is my life and my reality. I never had a good mom in the concept I wish I had but I had a mom that in her own ways gave herself to me and I will always remember her.
